Dr. Cori Seyhoon originally grew up in the Connecticut suburbs, but calls Austin, Texas her home. She holds a bachelors degree from Columbia University in the City of New York and received her Doctorate of Chiropractic from Texas Chiropractic College, cum laude, in Houston, Texas. After competing at the NCAA Division I level (Captain, Women’s Soccer) and working for the Houston Texans, NFL franchise, she was inspired to pursue her passion that blended sports and wellness. She is best known for her healing touch, motivational work, appreciation for developing others talents, and meeting every challenge with a “can do” attitude.
She received additional post-doctoral training in sports and in 2010 became a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP). She is an academic at heart and has continued studying Complimentary Alternative Medicine (CAM) and Psychology independently, as well as Life Coaching. Dr. Cori holds additional certification in Webster Technique, Kinesiotaping, and Myofascial Release. She is currently undergoing the intense 400 hour pediatric and pregnancy certification through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association with an expected completion in early 2016.
Patients describe Dr. Cori as a true “healer,” that “cares beyond measure.” She has a vision for helping patients and clients achieve their health and life goals via a holistic approach that addresses the neurological, emotional, physiological, spiritual, and organizational needs beneath the surface. Dr. Seyhoon and her husband, Soroosh, have two sons, Kazra and Zayden.
